The International Top 2019 Awards Congress was established by the Congress of Real Estate and Investment together with the world’s leading media- The American Reporter & The New York Journal.

On October 4th 2019, in Munich at the Nymphenburg Palace, was held the annual solemn awarding of winners According to The American Reporter & The New Jork Journal & International Congress of Real Estate and Investment (ICREI) & Open International Dialogue, the following were awarded:

“King of Russian real estate” according to Forbes rating in 2018-19 – God Nisanov, well-known businessman, philanthropist, chairman of the board of directors of the “Kievskaya Ploshchad” company (Russia), owner and co-owner of the largest socio-cultural facilities of the city of Moscow (“Olimpiysky” Sports Complex, “Oceanarium” at VDNKh, “Moscow City”, “Grand” Furniture Center , hotels “Ukraine”, “Radisson SAS Slavyanskaya”), the only gastronomic operator of the “Zaryadye” park, chairman of the board of directors of the large agro-food cluster “Food City” – for outstanding achievements in the field of investment.

Sergej Tschernjawskij, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Central Government Committee of the Bavarian CSU on Migration and Integration, “For a significant contribution to strengthening international peace, socio-economic development, effective work aimed to improve the population’s life quality, for successful work over the years, dedicated to migration and integration issues, as well as for active social and charitable activities”;
Ilya Laurs, businessman, multimillionaire and creator of “GetJar”, the largest independent online mobile app store, one of the most famous venture capitalists, chairman of Nextury Ventures venture capital fund, which invests in startups in the early stages of growth, was awarded for “GetJar’s” success in Silicon Valley in the United States;
Talia Minullina, Head of the Agency for Investment Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, received a certificate for high results in the investment sphere,
Gulshat Uzenbaeva, founder and CEO of LUXPRO Business Events Company, member of the Economic Chamber of the Principality of Monaco, was awarded the same award.
Anastasia Nikishina, “Tsarina of Russia” 2019 in the Grand nomination received the award “For promoting the brand“ Tsaritsa of Russia ”to the international level”
Igor Vernik, Russian film and theater actor, producer, television and radio host. The People’s Artist of the Russian Federation has contributed to strengthening cooperation in medicine between the Russian Federation and the Federal Republic of Germany, for which he has also been awarded an honorary prize.
Vakhtang Pipia, Chairman of the State Committee for State Property Management and Privatization of the Republic of Abkhazia, was awarded a diploma “For achievements in the field of investment”;
