Madison-based young hip-hop artists, Trust’N and BKWDS, have been impressing the listeners with their new EP project “Lapse.” Since the release of the 6 song EP, it has been receiving an excellent response from the listeners in Madison. Everything from the lyrics and music to the titles of the songs are awesome. The 20-min EP “Lapse” features the unique and the tasteful sounds which can be listened to time and again on repeat.
The project features catchy hooks, heartbreak melodies, and contains songs with cleverly selected names such as Heartbreak Soldier, Lapse, and Golden Boy which set the tone of the project. It is the excellent music and the lyrics of the project which have taken the project to the next level. On the cartoon cover of the project, the drawings of Trust’N and BKWDS simply complement the style of each other.
Both the artists, Marc Sharp (BWKDS) and Christian Anderson (Trust’N) have done highly creative work in the project “Lapse”. And the songs have been produced and recorded in BKWDS’s bedroom in the suburb of Madison. This project “Lapse” will boost the musical career of the two artists and increase the scope of hip-hop music in Madison to a great extent.
